Hey, I’m Sasha — a qualified personal trainer, health coach, former bikini competitor, mum of two… and now a dedicated Reformer Pilates teacher-in-training with APPI.

 

I know what it’s like to feel strong, sexy and confident in your body — and I also know what it’s like to feel stuck, exhausted, and not quite yourself.

After placing 4th in a bikini competition, I chose to walk away from bodybuilding and found myself immersed in a life rooted in long-term health, self-love, and family. Since then, I’ve been on my own journey rebuilding my strength, energy, and self-image while navigating the real-life chaos of motherhood, broken sleep, shifting priorities, and finding myself all over again.

 

As part of that journey, I fell in love with Reformer Pilates.

It helped me reconnect to my body in a deeper, gentler, more empowering way — and it’s now become the core of the work I do with women. I’m currently a student teacher with APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute), having completed my Reformer training and now gaining my teaching hours before my final assessment.

 

Reformer has allowed me to support women in strengthening from the inside out — building stability, confidence, and energy without burning out. And while I still offer personal training for clients who want it, Reformer Pilates is now where I pour most of my heart, focus, and expertise.

 

I created SashaFitLifestyle to help women rediscover their power, especially during life’s transitional seasons. Whether you’re returning to fitness, chasing new goals, or simply want to feel good in your skin again, I’m here to guide you with empathy, expertise, and no BS.

 

My approach is rooted in balance — real workouts, real life, real results. I blend structure with flexibility so your plan works with your lifestyle, not against it. I’m here to support you every step of the way, whether that’s in the Reformer studio or through traditional personal training.
