Hey, I’m Sasha — a qualified personal trainer, health coach, former bikini competitor, and mum of two. I know what it’s like to feel strong, sexy, and confident in your body… and I also know what it’s like to feel stuck, exhausted, and not quite yourself.
After placing 4th in a bikini competition, I chose to walk away from that world to focus on building a life rooted in long-term health, self-love, and family. Since then, I’ve been on my own journey — rebuilding my strength, energy, and self-image, all while navigating the real-life chaos of motherhood, broken sleep, and shifting priorities.
I created SashaFitLifestyle to help other women rediscover their power, especially during life’s transitional seasons. Whether you’re returning to fitness, chasing new goals, or simply want to feel good in your skin again, I’m here to guide you with empathy, expertise, and no BS.
